Kayla Newman

Kayla is currently  attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and working towards a Bachelor's Degree in photography. She is currently the assistant photographer for the Wedding & Portrait Photography portion of our business.

Francisco Rojas

Francisco is our resident electrician and assistant wood worker that aids in all areas of installation and custom build projects. He also happens to be my very supportive and encouraging husband!

Profile

Our company is led by myself, Darcey L. Rojas, who founded D. Lynn Design in 2006. I have received a BFA in Interior Architecture & Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. And, I have had extensive work experience in every specialty listed on this site.

I have been working as a freelance artist and designer since 1998, and plan to continue, universe willing, for as long as possible.

Currently I am focusing on expanding my business, creating a presence online, and participating in continuing education classes. Learning doesn't stop once you've obtained the degree!

In 2010 you'll find me attending several classes at Jessica Sprague.com for digital design and photography, at the Evanston Print Shop in Evanston, IL learning to use my letterpress, accross the web as I teach myself how to custom design my own blogs and website, and at Breber Music in Elkhorn pursuing my dream of playing the piano. As of January, this is the plan. February may add a little more, so check back often to see what we are offering for products and services!
